Kintore Taekwon-Do school is a family friendly club that teaches the Korean martial art of Taekwon-Do.

We have classes suitable from 5 years old right up to senior adults, classes are tailored to suit individual needs.

Families can train together in the same classes, if desired, to improve their fitness, strength, flexibility, core stability, mobility, motor skills and general physical and mental well-being.

Learn valuable self defence skills whilst improving your health.

We train at Kintore parish church hall just off the main Street in Kintore on Monday and Wednesday evenings.
